The spatula is very well balanced. The tongs have a particularly good grip for turning large pieces of meat such as a tritip roast.

As I opened this product up, I wasn't sure if I ordered a BBQ tool set or close combat weapons. The 7 piece set is well crafted and designed for any guy that loves to BBQ. This set is very durable and I expect to get many many years out of it.
